Agfa-Gevaert: growth in Q2 2026, but weak free cash flow weighs

Agfa-Gevaert reported a currency-adjusted revenue increase of 2.6% in the second quarter and an improved adjusted EBITDA, while free cash flow remained negative at -€10m in Q2 (first half: -€52m). Order intake in HealthCare IT rose 28%, cloud orders more than tripled and accounted for 50% of the volume, with many orders from new customers. Net debt increased to €74m and available credit facilities are largely drawn, but management highlights a transformation program with annualized savings of €61m. Agfa-Gevaert reduces first-quarter loss thanks to cost cuts and passing on higher silver prices

Agfa-Gevaert reported a net loss of €12m for the first quarter versus €20m a year earlier and revenue of €236m, currency-adjusted +1.7%, but below the consensus estimate of €241m. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €12m, adjusted EBIT to €3m and gross profit was €76m. The company attributes improved profitability to savings programs, strict cost control and passing higher silver prices on to customers. The Digital Printing Solutions division grew, while Green Hydrogen Solutions suffered from market weakness. Agfa-Gevaert reports a Q3 2025 revenue decline of 7.1% to €257 million and an adjusted EBITDA that collapsed 65.9% to €5 million; the share price then fell about 7.7% to €0.77.
