AJ Bell appoints Craig Gentle and Steve Langan as non-executive directors

AJ Bell has appointed Craig Gentle as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2026 and Steve Langan as a non-independent non-executive director with effect from 2 February 2027. Gentle, a former senior audit partner at PwC and ex-CFO of St. James’s Place, is expected to chair the audit committee subject to regulatory approval. Langan, who brings leadership experience from the insurance and consumer goods sectors, will replace Les Platts; Eamonn Flanagan and Margaret Hassall will leave the board at the next annual general meeting and on 30 September 2026, respectively. » Altro su de.investing.com
AJ Bell reaches £121.5bn AUA and reports record inflows of £3.0bn

AJ Bell reported assets under administration (AUA) of £121.5bn for the quarter ending 30 June 2026, up 26% year on year, and recorded net cash inflows of £3.0bn (prior year: £2.1bn). Customer numbers rose by 39,000 to 762,000 (+23%), with direct-to-consumer customers at 571,000 (+30%) and advised business at 191,000 (+6%). Assets under management (AUM) climbed to £11.4bn (+41%), with net inflows of £0.8bn, and the company is cutting fees for managed portfolios from 0.15% to 0.12% p.a. from 1 October 2026. » Altro su de.investing.com
AJ Bell appoints Elizabeth Chambers as independent non-executive director

AJ Bell has appointed Elizabeth G. Chambers as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2026. Subject to regulatory approval, she will chair the remuneration committee, succeeding Margaret Hassall.
