Alector announced at the Morgan Stanley Healthcare Conference its transition from a late-stage clinical developer to a preclinical company with five programs on the Alector Brain Carrier (ABC) platform. Lead program AL137 is slated to be given to healthy volunteers for the first time in Q2 2027, with patient dosing to follow in mid-2027.
