Alliance Resource Partners completed the purchase of certain general and limited partner interests in AllDale Minerals III and IV for about $206.2 million. The acquisition was financed with cash, amounts drawn on the revolving credit facility, and a new $150 million loan from subsidiary Alliance Minerals, and increases controlled gas and oil royalties to roughly 115,680 net lease acres, including over 44,770 in the Permian Basin.
