Altius Minerals has increased its effective stake in Great Bay Renewable Holdings from 29% to 50%. Apollo-managed funds sold shares for around $390 million to Northampton, which then sold its interest in Altius Renewable Royalties to Altius for about $168 million; Apollo funds now hold no shares. From Q3 2026 Altius will report 50% of Great Bay’s revenues and expenses.
