AMAG increases revenue in first half of 2026 by 8.2% and raises EBITDA

AMAG reports H1 2026 revenue of EUR 850.70m (+8.2%) with EBITDA of EUR 101.10m (+25.4%) and an EBITDA margin of 11.9%. Net profit rose to EUR 40.70m (+73.7%), EBIT was EUR 62.80m, and operating cash flow amounted to EUR -56.70m. Revenue and results were supported by higher sales volumes in the rolling segment, productivity gains, higher aluminium prices and positive effects from the stake in Alouette. AMAG Austria Metall reports Q1 2026 EBITDA of EUR 57.1m (+24% y/y) and net profit of EUR 26.5m (+63.8% y/y) on revenue growth of 0.6%. Operating leverage, higher aluminium prices and demand from automotive and heat exchangers boosted profitability, while operating cash flow was negative at EUR -8.4m due to higher working capital. AMAG Austria Metall increased revenue in 2025 by 2.1% to €1,478m but suffered margin pressure: EBITDA fell 23.5% to €137m and earnings per share declined to €0.96 (previous year €1.23). Der Geschäftsbereich Service bietet Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Gebäudemanagement, Energieversorgung, Abfallentsorgung, Einkauf und Materialwirtschaft an. Die Produkte werden in den Bereichen Luftfahrt, Automotive, Maschinenbau, Bau, Verpackung, Elektronik und Konsumgüter eingesetzt.
