ReElement Technologies, a minority-held unit of American Resources, entered a strategic collaboration with Mitsubishi Materials to develop integrated, scalable rare-earth and critical-mineral recycling and refining solutions. The partnership will target feedstock sourcing, tolling and offtake opportunities to expand domestic refining capacity and bolster supply-chain resilience, and will evaluate commercialization of recycling solutions in Japan leveraging MMC’s infrastructure and ReElement’s chromatographic refining technology. American Resources said it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming the restoration of compliance with listing rule 5620(a). The restoration was based on the filing of the proxy statement on March 9 and the holding of the annual meeting on Tuesday.
