ASP Isotopes' subsidiary Quantum Leap Energy has signed a non-binding memorandum of intent with a European nuclear technology company to explore a long-term supply of high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU, >10% U-235). Under the framework, the partner would provide feedstock and Quantum Leap Energy would process it into HALEU at its planned conversion and enrichment facilities; deliveries could begin in 2028 and ramp up in stages through 2036.
