Athira Pharma has acquired worldwide development and commercialization rights for Lasofoxifen from Sermonix — a SERM in phase 3 for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer with ESR1 mutations. The ongoing ELAINE‑3 study is more than 50% recruited, with study data expected mid‑2027; earlier ELAINE‑2 data showed a median progression‑free survival of 13 months.
