Aya reported adjusted earnings of $0.23 per share and revenue of $96.79 million for Q2 2026, both well below consensus estimates (EPS expectation $0.3855; revenue forecast $121 million). Aya Gold & Silver reports progress on the Boumadine feasibility study: 102,111 of the planned 360,000 metres of infill drilling have been completed, with 180,000 metres planned for 2026. The company has prequalified mining contractors and plans a competitive tendering process for mining (completion targeted H1 2027) as well as a shortlist for the processing plant by year-end. Detailed technical planning for water and power infrastructure is underway, metallurgical testing is nearing completion, and the feasibility study is expected to be finished in H2 2027; an updated preliminary economic assessment is planned for H2 2026. Aya Gold & Silver released several high-grade drill results from the Zgounder silver mine, including 1,867 g/t Ag over 6.0 m (incl. 5,100 g/t over 2.0 m), 739 g/t over 10.0 m and 2,176 g/t over 8.4 m in various holes. By the start of the year 9,250 metres, or 30.8% of the exploration program planned for 2026, had been completed; the release covers results from 116 drill holes. Analyses were performed in laboratories in Marrakesch and on-site; true widths are yet to be determined.
