    Banca Mediolanum reported a net profit of €276.2m (+13%) and net interest income of €236.3m (+31%) for Q1 2026, driven by a shift to deposit funding, lower refinancing costs and loan growth. Contribution and operating margins improved markedly, the cost‑income ratio fell to 34.8% and the CET1 ratio remained very solid at 22.8%.     Banca Mediolanum reports a net profit increase of 11% in 2025 to €1.24 billion and assets under management of €155.8 billion (+12%). Commission surplus rose 12% to €1.31 billion, contribution margin to €2.11 billion and operating margin to €1.20 billion; the cost/income ratio improved to 37.6% and ROE stood at 29.1%. Net inflows increased 11% to €11.64 billion, loan volume grew to €18.98 billion and the CET1 ratio is 23.0%.     Banca Mediolanum increased net profit in the first half of 2025 by 6% to €477.3m, with a 10% rise in net fee and commission income (€644.4m) offsetting a decline in net interest income (‑12% to €366.8m).
