Bank Leumi raises financial targets after strong fourth quarter

Bank Leumi delivered a RoTE of 15.1% in Q4 2025 and reported robust loan and fee growth. The bank announced upgraded targets for 2026–27: annual net profit of 10–12 billion NIS, RoTE of 14.5–16%, a payout ratio of 50–65% and loan growth of 8–10% p.a. Net interest margin was 231 basis points, fee and commission income increased, while operating costs rose due to higher IT and AI investments.
