B.O.S. Better Online Solutions posts 27% revenue growth, sets conservative 2026 guidance

B.O.S. Better Online Solutions reported Q4 2025 revenue of $51 million, up 27%, and net income of $3.6 million, driven by strong defense demand in its Supply Chain and Robotics divisions. Management recorded $1.9 million of cumulative goodwill impairments over two years for the RFID commercial business and is pivoting that division toward the Israeli hospital market. Initial 2026 guidance is conservative at $51 million revenue and $3.6 million net income, supported by a $24 million contracted backlog and with $11.8–12 million cash available for accretive M&A without shareholder dilution.
