Bilfinger lowers its 2026 revenue forecast to €5.3–5.7 billion due to persistent demand weakness following the war in the Middle East and expects an adjusted EBITA margin of 3.2–3.6 percent including one-off costs (4.6–5.0 percent excluding one-off items). The company is launching a cost-cutting program that will combine resources, adjust capacities and build global shared services; up to 1,500 jobs worldwide could be affected.
