Moody’s has upgraded Blue Owl Capital Corporation’s long-term issuer rating and its senior unsecured debt rating from Baa3 to Baa2 and changed the outlook from positive to stable. Key reasons cited are strong management, solid underwriting and risk‑management capabilities, and a low annual net loss rate of 27 basis points since inception. As of 30 September 2025, gross leverage was 1.27x, the asset coverage ratio was 19% (expected >20%), 74% of assets comprised first‑lien secured loans and unitranche loans, and liquidity stood at about $3.0 billion.
