Brixton Metals has closed the second tranche of a private placement and raised a total gross amount of US$8,956,654.02 in the first two tranches. It issued 650,000 units at US$0.66 (each unit: common share plus warrant, exercise price US$0.90 until 25 August 2029, with an accelerated expiry clause) and 5,332,905 flow-through shares at US$0.76. Net proceeds from the units will be used for exploration of the Langis silver project and for working capital; the flow-through funds will be applied to Canadian exploration expenditures. Financing commissions to date total US$155,176.56; the issued securities are subject to a hold period until 26 December 2026. Offered were 1,110,000 national flow-through shares at C$1.35 and 1,771,111 flow-through shares for critical minerals at C$1.44; proceeds are intended for exploration and drilling activities at Thorn (copper-gold) and Langis (silver-cobalt).
