C&C Group has acquired the Innis & Gunn beer and lager brand and global IP in a pre-packaged administration sale for £4.5m, taking full ownership after previously holding an 8% stake and acting as brewing partner. The group expects a rapid, low-risk integration into its existing brewing, commercial and supply chain operations and forecasts a small positive contribution to fiscal 2027. C&C Group confirms that finance and transformation director Andrew Andrea is leaving the company to become CFO of the Domino’s Pizza Group. Andrea will remain in post until the end of the current financial year and is due to depart no later than 13 March 2026.
