CA Immo slips into half-year loss of €1.4 million despite stable operating performance

CA Immo reports a deficit of €1.4 million for the first half after a prior-year profit of €31.3 million. FFO I fell 11.7% to €55.6 million, weighed down by lower rental income, higher interest costs and a market-related impairment of €53.7 million. Rental income dropped 16% to €104.8 million, mainly due to portfolio sales, while the occupancy rate remained high at 94%.
