Caribou released data from the phase‑1 ANTLER study of Vispa‑cel in relapsed/refractory large B‑cell lymphoma: among 27 patients treated in the second‑line setting the overall response rate was 82%, the complete response rate 67%, and median progression‑free survival 17.1 months. The safety profile showed no cases of graft‑versus‑host disease or severe immune‑effector‑cell‑associated neurotoxicity, but there was grade‑3-or-higher cytokine release syndrome, several serious infections, five cases of prolonged cytopenias and two deaths (one therapy‑related). Vispa‑cel holds multiple FDA designations and Caribou plans a registrational phase‑3 study (ANTLER‑3) with about 250 patients; data will be presented at the EHA meeting. » Altro su de.investing.com

Caribou Biosciences shares jumped significantly after positive phase‑1 data for the allogeneic anti‑BCMA CAR‑T therapy CB‑011 and doubled in price. In the dose‑expansion cohort, 12 patients showed an overall response rate of 92% and a complete response rate or better of 75%; 91% achieved MRD negativity.
