Carmila buys Grand Quetigny shopping centre in Dijon for 45 million euros

Carmila has signed the acquisition of the Grand Quetigny shopping centre in Dijon for 45 million euros, including transfer taxes. The 13,650 m² centre, with 66 retailers and a Carrefour hypermarket as anchor tenant, has an occupancy rate of around 90% and achieves average sales of about €6,000/m². The acquisition is expected to increase earnings per share by roughly 1% per year, counts toward the annual acquisition target of €100 million and offers an immediate yield above investment criteria. Carmila plans restructuring projects, expansion of specialist leasing and retail-media offerings, and installation of 5G infrastructure; the asset is targeting a BREEAM-in-Use “Very Good” certification. » Altro su de.investing.com
Carmila announces share buyback of up to 10 million euros

Carmila has launched a share buyback program worth up to 10 million euros and has appointed an investment services provider to execute it. The buyback will run until no later than 30 June 2026, and the repurchased shares are to be cancelled at a later date.
