The CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund has approved a 1-for-3 stock consolidation expected to take effect on or about September 8, 2026, before the NYSE opens. Three outstanding common shares will be combined into one common share; total assets, the portfolio and investors’ proportional value will remain unchanged. The CUSIP will change from 12504G100 to 12504G878, and the monthly distribution will be adjusted from $0.06 to $0.18 per share, with no change to investors’ monthly cashflow. Fractional shares will be sold and the proceeds, net of costs, distributed pro rata.
