CCC has hired an investment bank to explore a possible sale and has already contacted potential buyers, including private equity firms. Stifel expects interest from both private equity and strategic buyers (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, Sapiens) and notes that AI supports CCC’s growth.
