Cegedim records mixed start to 2026, annual forecast confirmed

Cegedim reported Q1 2026 revenues of €159.6 million, a 1% decline year‑on‑year, mainly due to the expiry of a large outsourcing contract in the Cloud and Support segment. Cegedim reported an adjusted operating result of €49.4m in 2025 (+25.1%) and an operating cash flow of €152.2m (+50%), despite revenues falling slightly by 0.8% to €649.2m. The company reduced net debt by 25% to €138.4m and cut headcount by 172 to 6,487, lowering personnel costs.
