Two joint managing directors of Character Group rearranged their shareholdings on 3 February 2026 without changing their overall stakes. Jon Diver sold 8,000 ordinary shares at 240.1p and bought the same number through his ISA at 249.9p, leaving his holding at 984,089 ordinary shares (about 5.58%). Character Group says in a trading update that revenues in the four months before Christmas 2025 were about 11% below the previous year and that the first half will be weaker. For the 2026 financial year the company expects broadly flat revenues versus 2025 but forecasts more than a doubling of profit before tax and special items thanks to an improved product mix and portfolio expansions.
