Conduent reports mixed Q2 2026 results – revenue well below forecast, stock falls

Conduent reported adjusted EPS of -$0.18 for Q2 2026, slightly beating analyst expectations, while revenue of $531 million was well below the forecast of $688.7 million. The company saw revenue decline of 11.9% and a lower adjusted EBITDA margin of 3.0%, after which the stock fell about 9.7% in pre-market trading. Virginia extends Medicaid contract with Conduent for up to 14 years

The Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services has awarded Conduent a contract to modernize and operate the state's Medicaid systems for up to 14 years. The agreement includes a two-year design and implementation phase, a six-year base term and six annual options, and covers services such as application processing, financial operations, call center support, reporting and mail administration. Conduent will use the Conduent Medicaid Suite and the cloud-based CXNow platform with AI, automation and analytics. Conduent sells public transit unit to Modaxo for $164 million – shares rise 15%

Conduent has signed a binding agreement to sell its public transportation division to Modaxo for $164 million. The transaction includes fare management and fleet management solutions and, subject to customary conditions and approvals, is expected to close by the end of 2026.
