CTEK Registered expects SEK 0.210 earnings per share and revenue decline for the quarter

CTEK Registered will release results for the quarter ending 31 December 2025 on February 6, 2026. Two analysts see an average earnings per share of SEK 0.210 versus SEK -0.680 in the year-ago quarter. Three analysts expect revenue of SEK 221.5 million, a decline of 20.63% from SEK 279.1 million in the year-ago quarter. CTEK reports mixed Q3 results: revenue below expectations, shares fall

CTEK reported Q3 2025 net revenue of SEK 212m (forecast SEK 221m) and fell 3.68% to SEK 13.1 after the results presentation. Despite lower sales, gross margin improved to 59.1%; adjusted EBITA rose to SEK 32m and EBIT to SEK 25m, but operating cash flow worsened to SEK -19m. The consumer business grew organically by 12% to SEK 161m with high profitability, while the professional/EVSE segment contracted organically by 27%.
