  • CXApp conducts 1-for-50 reverse stock split effective Aug. 18

    The board of directors of CXApp approved a 1-for-50 reverse stock split that becomes effective on Monday, Aug. 18, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET. Shares will trade on a consolidated basis under the ticker CXAI with a new CUSIP when the market opens. The move is aimed at increasing the share price and helping meet the NASDAQ minimum bid price requirement; roughly 116.87 million outstanding shares will be reduced to about 2.34 million shares after the split. Warrants (CXAIW) will be adjusted accordingly: the exercise price will increase from $11.50 to $575.00 and each warrant will thereafter be exercisable for 1/50 of a common share. » Altro su de.investing.com


  • CXApp acquires AI platform EngineRoom and triples revenue guidance

    CXApp announced the acquisition of AI-driven growth intelligence platform EngineRoom, which is expected to lift its annualized revenue run rate from about $4 million to over $12 million. According to the announcement, EngineRoom brings roughly $8.1 million of annualized revenue, about 94% recurring, and an adjusted EBITDA of around $1.6 million, as well as more than 50 mid-market customers. CXApp plans to use EngineRoom’s customers as a sales channel for its SKY platform and to expand industry-specific AI solutions; founder Adam Laurie will remain as general manager for at least three years.     CXApp issued 7,304,178 common shares to Avondale Capital under prepaid purchase agreements; additionally, more than 4.1 million common shares were issued to the same buyer in a separate transaction. The placements are based on a share purchase agreement concluded in March 2025 and were executed on multiple dates and at different prices.
