DCI Advisors reports the release of €2.9m from an escrow account originally funded with €3.2m after settlement of liabilities related to the sale of shares in Aristo Developers Limited. The account will be closed after completion. Further payments remain outstanding under agreements with Mr Aristodemou: €6.15m for the sale of ordinary shares and €3.5m for preference shares of DCI Holdings Two Limited, each payable upon receipt of Cypriot tax clearance certificates and payment of the due taxes. The board of DCI Advisors has, following a review, confirmed the independence of Martin Adams, Nikiforos Charagkionis, Oliver Corlette and Sean Hurst under the QCA Corporate Governance Code. Adams, Charagkionis and Corlette are, alongside Hurst, independent non-executive directors. The board reorganised its committees: Adams will serve as interim chair of the audit committee, Hurst will chair the nomination committee and Charagkionis will lead the remuneration committee; a new independent director is being sought to become the permanent chair of the audit committee.
