DCI Advisors Ltd has received a €400,000 shareholder loan from Discover Investment Company (DIC) to provide working capital and support the company’s strategy. The financing follows earlier loans and repayments; the board and nominated adviser Cavendish Capital Markets Limited considered the terms fair, and Nicolai Huls, who has ties to both companies, was excluded from the decision.
