DMG Blockchain signs LOI for 50 MW AI data center tenancy at Christina Lake

DMG Blockchain signed a non-binding letter of intent to provide 50 MW of critical IT load to a single AI colocation tenant at its Christina Lake facility in British Columbia. The unnamed tenant is under NDA and is expected to provide an investment-grade backstop while the parties negotiate a definitive agreement that could convert the site toward AI colocation. The initial term would be 12 years with renewal rights for up to three additional five-year periods, phased delivery targeting first capacity by Dec. 31, 2026, and pricing with monthly recurring charges and annual escalations at market rates. DMG Blockchain misses revenue forecast for Q2 2026, shares fall

DMG Blockchain reported revenue of CAD 7.31 million for Q2 2026, missing the CAD 7.82 million forecast by 6.52%; earnings per share of -CAD 0.02 were in line with expectations.
