Hyperscale Data sold 4,000 convertible Series H preferred shares for $4 million to Ault & Company under an agreement that allows purchases of up to $100 million. Ault thereby increases its total preferred-stock investments to $55 million. Hyperscale Data announces it will retain all self-mined Bitcoin and shift its corporate focus to AI-optimized data centers and building digital assets.
