Stockholm-based Eco Wave began operating a seven-floater demonstration wave-power project at the Port of Los Angeles, using wave-driven hydraulic systems to generate electricity. Eco Wave Power Global AB secures partner project: port site in Suao, Taiwan awarded

Eco Wave Power Global AB’s partner I-KE International Ocean Energy Co. received exclusive rights from the port authority in Suao for a test zone to install an onshore 100-kW wave energy pilot plant, with medium-term expansion planned to 20 MW.
