EDAG Engineering Group approves capital measures and secures €75.0 million

The supervisory board of EDAG Engineering Group has approved a capital increase against cash contributions of 12,500,000 new shares at €4.00 each (gross proceeds €50.0 million) and a mandatory convertible loan of €25.0 million. The new shares will be subscribed by ATON Austria Holding, increasing its stake from 74.66% to 83.11%. Upon full conversion of the loan, a further 6,250,000 shares would be issued and ATON Austria Holding’s stake would likely rise to 85.52%. Subscription rights of existing shareholders were excluded; the total €75.0 million is intended to strengthen the company’s capital base and financial flexibility. » Altro su finanzen.net
EDAG Engineering Group AG cuts forecast after H1 loss and announces €30m restructuring

EDAG Group reports preliminary H1 2025 revenue of €366.7 million and an adjusted EBIT of -€7.6 million; the net result after tax is around -€10.2 million. Due to a persistently weak automotive market, management now expects revenue to fall by up to about 15% and an adjusted EBIT margin of up to around -3%.
