Electro Optic Systems share rises despite revenue decline in second half of 2025

Electro Optic Systems reports revenue for H2 2025 fell to AUD 128.5m (driven by divestments and order delays), but improved its gross margin to 63%. Electro Optic Systems reports order of about €19.3 million for R400 system

Electro Optic Systems has received an order for its R400 remote weapon system worth about €19.3 million. According to the CEO, further order discussions are going very well, and the stock has already risen sharply after earlier indications. Electro Optic Systems reports new large contracts and record order book

Electro Optic Systems announced at the end of December two large orders of about USD 21m and USD 22m, including a contract with General Dynamics Land Systems to support the US Army. Together with earlier orders, the order book rose in 2025 to more than AUD 400m, up from about AUD 136m at the end of 2024.
