Elemental Royalty has completed the acquisition of Vizsla Royalties under a court‑approved plan of arrangement and assumed the net smelter returns royalties of 2.0–3.5% on the Panuco silver‑gold project. Vizsla Royalties shareholders could elect C$4.13 cash, 0.15 Elemental common shares, or a combination; Elemental paid approximately C$82 million in total and issued about 8,107,478 common shares. Elemental Royalty reported adjusted earnings of $0.055 per share for Q2 2026 (expectation $0.12) and revenue of $23.79 million (expectation $25.4 million). Despite missing consensus figures, revenue rose 127% year over year, adjusted EBITDA doubled to $17.4 million, and sold gold-equivalent ounces reached a record 5,250.
