At the ASGCT annual meeting, Fate Therapeutics presented clinical data on FT819 in systemic lupus erythematosus: three patients who received a single dose without conditioning showed SRI-4 responses and two achieved LLDAS; B-cell depletion persisted for up to 12 months, and a higher dose of 900 million cells has been initiated. Preclinical data for FT839 (dual targeting CD19/CD38) showed >99% depletion of B cells, plasmablasts and plasma cells and high selectivity versus activated T cells.
