Feintool returns to profit after H1; shares rise

Feintool reports net sales of CHF 353.3m (+5.6%) and a net profit of CHF 3.2m for H1 2026, the first positive result since 2023. EBIT improved to CHF 8.8m, driven by restructuring savings, strong demand in North America and growth in industrial applications for data centers. EBITDA rose 47% to CHF 34m, cash and cash equivalents amount to CHF 90m and the equity ratio is 55.9%. Feintool: sales decline in 2025, EBIT positive thanks to restructuring, no dividend proposed

Feintool reports a 2025 sales decline to CHF 661.4 million (-8.1%), but achieved a positive operating result (EBIT) of CHF 4.7 million after group-wide restructuring and efficiency measures. The restructurings are completed and are expected to save around CHF 12 million annually from 2026; free cash flow was slightly negative in 2025 due to one-off charges. The board proposes to pay no dividend for 2025; the outlook for 2026 remains cautious.
