First American Uranium has appointed Clyde McMillan as vice president of exploration; he will lead the exploration strategy for critical minerals in the Grenville region of Quebec. McMillan brings ten years of experience from Azimut Exploration, Osisko Mining and most recently Benz Mining. The company also completed an oversubscribed private placement of $2.86 million, with proceeds intended for eligible exploration expenditures in Quebec.
