First Hydrogen buys 60% of robotics company Exodus Actuation Solutions
First Hydrogen has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 60% of Exodus Actuation Solutions, paying two million common shares in tranches plus USD 2 million for technology development. Exodus holds 26 granted and 10 pending patents for actuators, gearboxes and motors and has already delivered over 500 units to customers in robotics, automotive and packaging. At the same time, First Hydrogen is establishing the subsidiary First Humanoid to develop AI, autonomous systems and humanoid robotics technology.
