First Tin announces a conditional equity financing of £6.3m through the subscription of 90 million new ordinary shares at 7 pence each. The measure is subject to shareholder approval at the general meeting on 11 December; if approved the shares are expected to be tradeable from 15 December. The bulk of the proceeds are intended for the Taronga project in Australia (feasibility study, dam-preparation work, access road, mine infrastructure), with part to fund permitting and fieldwork for the German projects Tellerhäuser, Gottesberg and Auersberg.
