FEMSA convenes its ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Monterrey on March 27, 2026, and proposes two dividend measures for shareholder approval. The ordinary dividend is to rise by 3.7% and be paid quarterly at 0.9900 Ps. per FEMSAUB share or 1.1880 Ps. per FEMSAUBD share (11.88 Ps. per ADS). FEMSA posted a mixed performance in fiscal 2025, driven by a pronounced recovery in the fourth quarter: revenue rose 5.7% in Q4 and operating income increased 8.5%.
