Fresnillo announces the resignation of finance chief Mario Arreguín after 37 years; he had been CFO since 2008 and oversaw the IPO. Rodrigo Sandoval (50) will be named designated CFO effective 21 September and, following a handover period, will assume the role and a seat on the Executive Committee on 1 November. Fresnillo reports adjusted EPS of $1.75 for H1 2026 (consensus $1.52) and revenue of $3.41bn, driven by record silver and gold prices. Gross and operating profit and EBITDA reached record levels, and operating cash flow rose to $2.36bn.
