GEO Group has signed a five-year contract with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for use of the Rivers Facility in Winton, North Carolina (1,320 beds). In the first full year of operation the contract is expected to generate about $80 million in annual revenue. GEO will provide ICE with exclusive use of the facility as well as security, maintenance, food service, recreational, medical and legal services.
