S&P cuts Grubhub outlook to 'stable' after strategic investment push

S&P Global Ratings lowered Grubhub's outlook from "positive" to "stable" and kept the rating at CCC+, as it expects weaker EBITDA and negative free operating cash flow in 2025–2026. The downgrade reflects increased investments to drive order growth through lower fees and higher marketing spend, and a decline in order volume in 2024. Wonder plans Grubhub refinancing of up to $500 million with PIK structure
