Gurit raises 2026 annual forecast – stock jumps 19.45%

Gurit reported H1 2026 net sales of CHF 154m, an adjusted operating profit of CHF 16.9m and a gross margin of 24%, all markedly better than a year earlier. The company raised its outlook for continuing operations and now expects constant-currency revenue growth of 9–11% and an adjusted operating margin of around 10% for 2026. Net debt fell to 1.4x EBITDA, and Gurit expects improved free cash flow in the second half. Gurit reports in continuing operations for H1 2026 a sales increase of 6.1% (16.0% in local currencies) to CHF 152.4m and an adjusted EBIT rise of 80% to CHF 16.9m, lifting the EBIT margin to 11.0%. All three business divisions grew, especially Manufacturing Solutions, and measures from the transformation program improved profitability. The group raises its full-year guidance to sales growth in local currencies of 9–11% and an adjusted EBIT margin of around 10%.
