Hansa Biopharma: 12‑month data from kidney transplant study to be presented at ATC on June 22

Hansa Biopharma announced that the 12‑month results of the US phase‑3 ConfIdeS study of imlifidase have been accepted for presentation at the American Transplant Congress in Boston on June 22, 2026. The presentation will cover the primary endpoint eGFR, key secondary endpoints and safety data and will be given by Dr. Robert Montgomery. Hansa Investment approves merger with Ocean Wilsons after shareholder consent

Hansa Investment shareholders voted at the general meeting with an overwhelming majority (each over 97%) in favor of all resolutions required for the planned share-swap merger with Ocean Wilsons. The resolutions include a capital increase, a new investment policy, higher total remuneration for directors and buyback programmes. The court hearing to approve the scheme begins on 22 September 2025; subject to court approval, new Hansa shares are to be issued shortly thereafter and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
