Hanza: restructuring costs weigh on quarterly margin and stock falls
Hanza reports one-off restructuring costs in Q2 2026 from the "Horizon" program, which reduced the operating margin to 5.9% (previous year 7.0%) and diluted earnings per share to 0.85 SEK (−25%). Hanza AB increased its revenue by 24% to over SEK 1.5 billion in the second quarter of 2025 and raised earnings per share to SEK 1.13.
