Heliad approves cash capital increase of up to 601,503 new shares

The management board of Heliad, with the consent of the supervisory board, has resolved a cash capital increase with subscription rights and intends to issue up to 601,503 new shares (approx. 7.15% of the share capital). The subscription ratio is 14:1, the subscription price per new share is EUR 13.30, and the gross proceeds amount to up to around EUR 8 million.
