Helical has signed a lease for 9,572 sq ft on the 12th floor of The Tower in The Bower complex with Audio Network. Audio Network will relocate in November after completing minor fit-outs; the lease runs for 11 years with a tenant break option after six years. Since 1 April 2026 Helical has let about 32,000 sq ft of office space, including several units in The Bower, lifting occupancy there to 96.6% and generating additional contracted rent of £2.4m. The sale of 100 New Bridge Street to State Street has completed; Helical’s share was £166.5m, contributing a disposal gain of £31m. The company proposes returning up to £17m to shareholders (£12m via a B-shares scheme and a £5m share buyback), with both measures subject to shareholder approval at the AGM; to date 1,109,980 shares have been repurchased at an average of 189.71p. Helical PLC recorded strong growth in the second half of the year ending 31 March 2026: EPRA earnings doubled and EPRA NTA rose to £3.51. The company completed the sale of 100 New Bridge Street for £333m and reports a development pipeline worth around £1bn.
