OTE has signed binding agreements to sell its 100% stake in Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM) for €70m. The assets will be split: Digi Romania will take the prepaid business, certain frequency rights and part of the mast portfolio, while Vodafone Romania will acquire the remaining stake.
